Our Story
The proud female founders of Platform To since 2020, are Jade and Theresa. Friends, mums, and experienced community workers. Platform To was created with a shared belief that the right support can make a lasting difference. Their extensive experience in community-based roles has shaped a service that is grounded, local, and focused on what matters most: people, progress, independence and genuine connection.
